We are also in-network with most major health insurance providers including Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, UHC, Humana, and Medicare. Low-fee services are available for those without insurance.

Our regular office hours are:

  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm EST
  • Saturday, 9am – 5pm EST
 

Additional times may be available upon request.

Some providers still choose to see patients during holiday hours so please communicate with your provider if your appointment falls on one of these days.

In the event of medical or mental health emergency, please do not contact us here. Please head to the nearest emergency room for an evaluation or call 911.

We require 48 business hours (2 business days) notice to cancel an appointment. For example, appointments on Monday morning must be canceled by Thursday morning of the prior week. Any cancellation less than 48 business hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. We value your time and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Some of our providers have affiliations with New York University Medical Center, Weill Cornell Medical Center, and Mount Sinai.

All fees, including co-payments and co-insurance payments, are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA) cards, and WageWorks Healthcare Cards. We do not accept personal checks. We are happy to discuss details with you so that we can meet your specific needs.

Our clinicians speak over 16 languages in-house such as Mandarin (国语), Cantonese (粤语), Korean (한국어), Japanese (日本語), Vietnamese (tiếng Việt), Hindi (हिंदी), Russian (русский), Spanish (Español), and Portuguese (português).

We also have access to over 100 languages through our translation service.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Rivia are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by emailing us at info@riviamind.com or calling our office at (212) 203-1773.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
