In 2016, Rayna graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. After six years working in the non-profit development space, she realized her innate strengths and passion would be more suited to counseling in the mental health field. Rayna is currently thrilled to be pursuing her MSW at Columbia University with a focus in clinical practice. Deeply empathetic in nature, Rayna is committed to providing an open, trusting environment to clients. With a strong respect for both clients' individual needs and the collaborative nature of therapy, she is truly honored to have the chance to work with clients on meeting personal goals and making positive changes in their lives. Rayna's therapeutic interests include both cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, talk therapy, self-exploration, mindfulness, and more.
