Patrick received his Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services and is licensed in both Connecticut and New York. He completed his internships while working for a non-profit agency providing case management, housing support and clinical counseling. He is also a former first responder and Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Patrick’s social work experience is in case management, program management and clinical counseling. He has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, PTSD and suicidal ideations. He is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy used for treating trauma and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality used to treat and reduce suicidality. Patrick enjoys using a strength based and client centered approach to therapy and most commonly uses CBT and DBT in his practice. He believes in building off of small, achievable goals and fostering a therapeutic and warm relationships with his clients.
