Michelle is a DNP-PMHNP student at Columbia University. Before pursuing a career in psychiatric nursing, Michelle worked for several years in various areas of mental health and cognition. She conducted research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine on diet's role in preventing cognitive decline in Alzheimer's patients and worked at the National Eating Disorders Association helpline. Most recently, she interned at the Bloom Foundation, providing talk therapy to women experiencing perinatal depression, and received intensive training as a nurse in the New York Presbyterian Emergency Department treating psychiatric patients with physiological illnesses.



Michelle believes in holistic patient care, recognizing each person's unique journey. She's compassionate and committed to helping patients find their voice and achieve their goals. She enjoys treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, perinatal disorders, and other mood disorders.
