Lorell Berrios is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Master’s in Social Work from New York University. She has significant experience working with individuals of different age groups providing individual, family, and couple’s therapy. Lorell has diverse experience treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Her therapeutic approaches used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
