Janine is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Intern with a passion for working with emergent adult populations, offering combined psychotherapy and medication management. Janine identifies as a multipotentialite. Her BFA in Writing for Screen and Television from USC: School of Cinematic Arts informs her unique, holistic, patient-care approach and inspires her commitment to narrative therapy methods. She has clinical experience with underserved and diverse populations of all ages diagnosed with substance use, mood, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and personality disorders. Her dream is to cultivate a culturally informed practice for diverse, modern adults with mood and anxiety disorders, emphasizing wellness and preventative care. In her spare time, Janine can be found reading, writing, or practicing a mindful, spiritually-informed way of being.
