Deirdre Howard is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in the field of eating disorders and disordered eating. She is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food, exercise, and their body. She provides nutrition counseling from a non-diet approach and utilizes the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size®. It is her hope to help clients connect to their body’s needs and learn to respond without rigidity, restrictions, or shame.

Deirdre received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has also received additional training as a health coach and is working towards becoming a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Deirdre’s professional experiences include working with clinical and outpatient eating disorder programs.
