Lindsey Sussman

Chief Operating Officer

Lindsey Sussman has over twenty years of health care experience working with multiple stakeholders within the industry. She began her career at Medco working in client management focused on health plan and Medicare Part D clients. Lindsey then joined Catamaran in 2014 where she played a critical role in the creation of the new growth organization following the Catamaran and OptumRx combination. Lindsey ran Growth Management for OptumRx where she was focused on sales operations, market insights and strategic planning. In 2019 Lindsey assumed the role of Vice President, Client Management for OptumRx’s direct employer team. Most recently Lindsey was Senior Vice President for Truveris where she oversaw the Client Solutions and Insight Delivery teams as well as Truveris’ Life Sciences organization.

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. She lives in Woodbridge, Connecticut with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Anissa Burnett

Chief People Officer

Anissa is an experienced business professional holding leadership roles within hospitality and start-up organizations. Anissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University. Her previous roles include VP of Sales & Marketing, Chief of Staff, as well as CEO of her own company.

Anissa’s career has been focused on managing business relations and special projects at senior management level, overseeing Human Resource initiatives in talent management, training, coaching, and implementing new operational strategies. She is a believer in the empowerment of individuals to achieve their potential.

Kerri Gaither

Chief Marketing Officer

Kerri is a Marketing professional with experience working with companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Kerri holds a Master’s degree in Communication Arts with a focus in Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology. Her previous roles include Marketing Director, Hospital Administrative Coordinator, Health and Wellness Coach, and Owner/COO of her own Marketing Agency.

Kerri is particularly passionate about the health and wellness industry and loves helping people connect with services that improve their health and happiness. In her free time, Kerri enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband, 4 children and 2 dogs. 

Nicole Whallon

Director of Practice Operations and Compliance

Nicole Whallon, BS, MATS is an experienced operations executive with over a decade of behavioral health operating experience. Most recently Nicole served as the Regional Director of Operations for a multi-state behavioral health agency where she managed operations, clinical, and network expansion. Nicole also has extensive experience in practice management, healthcare compliance, and provider relations.

Nicole is an expert in program development including primary care, integrated care, and innovative tech solutions to meet the ever changing needs of patient populations. Nicole’s clinical experiences includes serving families involved in child protective services, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder populations. Nicole is passionate about meeting patients “where they are” and removing obstacles to psychiatric care. 

Joe Ryan

Sr. Director of Relationship Management

Joe is an experienced higher education administrator holding multiple leadership roles at public and private universities. Most recently, Joe served as Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator, with direct oversight of student disciplinary processes, virtual and in-person campus counseling services, sexual misconduct prevention programming, crisis intervention efforts, and student disability services. Joe holds a bachelor’s in General Studies in Arts and Sciences and a master’s degree in Human Services from Eastern Kentucky University. He is passionate about connecting individuals to resources to maximize overall success and well-being in all aspects of life. 

Sherry Dzurko

Sr. Executive Assistant

Sherry Dzurko is a very organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual. She excels working in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the field of executive support.

After graduating from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sherry established two LLC’s. One focused on providing organization services and the other invested in real estate properties. When not working, Sherry can usually be found at home with her boyfriend and their many pets.
