Insurance & Rates
We pride ourselves on making excellent mental health care accessible. At RIVIA, we are in-network with the following commercial insurance plans and student plans. If you have one of these following insurances, please contact us and we will check on your eligibility and let you know what your co-pay responsibility would be before the visit.
For all other insurances with out-of-network benefits, we can simplify this process for you by billing your insurance directly, and offering you a discounted rate.
For all self-pay patients, please contact us directly to inquire about the standard fee structure. We do offer the option of low fee psychotherapy and medication management with mental health nurse practitioner students (available to book directly under telehealth, new patients, select the service here).
Any co-payment, co-insurance, and/or deductibles that are owed are due at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA) cards, and WageWorks Healthcare Cards. We do not accept personal checks.
