Prepare for Your Telehealth Visit

After your appointment is booked, you will receive the intake form to be completed. Please complete the forms in their entirety. After we receive all the relevant information, your appointment will be confirmed. You will receive a calendar invite with a link to the meeting sent by our friendly office staff. Our telehealth visits are secure and private. We use encrypted technology to ensure HIPAA compliance to protect your health data.

We use Google Meet, which is free to download on your phone or tablet, and accessible on desktop computers as well. We recommend testing out your camera and microphone in the settings prior to your appointment time.
