Ivy Choy, Practice Manager
Ivy is a native New Yorker who grew up in Queens. She has over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare field working in large healthcare systems like Weill Cornell Medicine, as well as health insurance companies and outpatient practices.
Ivy works in the mental health field because she wants to make a difference in people’s lives, and help them realize their full potential. She feels every interaction can impact someone's life, no matter how small. This is why she strives to deliver great customer service and actively listen to everyone's concerns and needs.
Outside of Rivia, you can find Ivy being a tourist in NYC with her husband and daughter, and discovering the best places to eat!
Angelica Velez, Senior Admin
Angelica was born and raised in Brooklyn and Queens. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with family and in nature. She considers herself to be a bit of a science and comic book nerd. Angelica is passionate about helping others which in large part is what brought her to the mental health and wellness field, and RIVIA Mind.

Addy Rivas, Admin
Addy has 15 years’ experience in the medical field. She has worked in both hospital and nursing home settings gaining valued experience in patient and administrative services. Addy has a Bachelor in Health Service Administration from Monroe College, and a certificate in Advance Study in Mental Health from Alfred University. In addition, she is currently working on her billing and coding certification.
Addy’s primary goal is to help others in solving any issues while always having a smile for her patients. It brings her joy to work for a company that provides a service she is passionate about.
Sage Robinson, Public Relations & Marketing
After many years working in both entertainment and technology, Sage was inspired to shift to healthcare after experiencing firsthand the challenges patients and families face when looking for quality care, and effective patient/doctor communication. She believes there’s nothing more important than developing patient trust and recognizing the value of focusing on the patient’s overall wellbeing.
Sage holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College, and an Advanced Graduate certificate in Health Communication from Stony Brook University.
