Dana Wang, MD

Dr. Dana Wang - RIVIA Medical - psychiatrist NYC - Mental Health Services New York - Psychotherapy near me - Psychotherapy New York City Dr. Wang is co-founder of RIVIA Mind, a group practice that focuses on delivering the best evidence-based combined treatment to the insured population. Dr. Wang’s role is in management, providing clinical supervision and extensive education to clinical staff. Her focus on education ensures that high quality of care is delivered to each and every one of RIVIA’s patients.

Dr. Wang graduated on the Dean’s Honors List from the University of California, Berkeley.  She pursued an M.D. at Ben Gurion University, affiliated with Columbia Medical Center, where she was elected class representative and received the Dean’s List Honor-Distinguished Service Award. Afterward, Dr. Wang completed her psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School, during which she also completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. Dr. Wang has presented her work at local, national, and international conferences, and co-authored book chapters and peer-reviewed articles. She continues to be a passionate advocate for minority mental health and emotional wellness.

Raymond Raad, MD, MPH

Dr. Raad - RIVIA Medical - psychiatrist NYC - Mental Health Services New York - Psychotherapy near me - Psychotherapy New York City Dr. Raad is co-founder of RIVIA Mind, an outpatient mental health center that focuses on delivering the best evidence-based mental health treatment.  Dr. Raad is a clinical supervisor and educator for all clinicians in the practice, as well as manager of the group, helping ensure excellent care and quality customer service.

Dr. Raad graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT with a bachelor's degree in mathematics.  He then pursued in medical education at Columbia University, where he earned his M.D. and a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) focusing on healthcare policy and management.   He completed his residency training in Psychiatry at the Weill Cornell Medical Center / New York Presbyterian Hospital, followed by a research and clinical fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Columbia University.  He has also had extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Columbia University.

In addition to extensive clinical experience, Dr. Raad has published article and book chapters, and given talks at a variety of conferences.  His interests include human emotions, free will, ethics and policy in mental health, and innovation in healthcare. He is passionate about the role of psychotherapy in mental health, including CBT, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches.

Ermal Bojdani, MD

Ermal Bojdani, MD is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist specializing in psychopharmacology and therapy treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and psychotic illnesses in medically complex patients like those suffering from a cancer diagnosis, chronic pain, diabetes, hypertension, or the elderly. Dr. Bojdani worked for several years as a research technologist and laboratory manager at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, where he discovered isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH-1) mutations in thyroid cancer and identified RASAL1 as a major tumor suppressor gene in thyroid cancer. His interest in hormones and experiences caring for depressed cancer patients led to medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (with an endocrinology rotation at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine) and a specialization in Psychiatry. In addition, Dr. Bodjani has received advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and co-authored the first comprehensive paper published on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on psychiatric care in the United States.

Joe DePaola, MSN, PMHNP-BC

<Joe earned his master of science in nursing from New York University, where he focused on psychopharmacology and various psychotherapy treatment modalities. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Joe spent several years conducting clinical research at Harvard University’s McLean Hospital and worked as a registered nurse on acute inpatient psychiatric units at both McLean Hospital and New York Presbyterian - Columbia University Medical Center. Before joining RIVIA, Joe spent four years providing psychiatric care to underserved and at-risk patients at a community health center in Brooklyn. Joe is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, with experience providing treatment for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and personality difficulties. He believes in providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for every client, and understands the importance of empathy, trust, and compassion. He incorporates his diverse psychiatric background and knowledge into a holistic approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Leila Cadwell, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Leila is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides personalized and empathetic care that nurtures emotional well-being. She received her bachelor of arts in psychology from New York University and her bachelor of science in nursing from Rutgers University. She then received a master of science from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing, where she graduated from the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program. Leila has cared for veterans at a dual-diagnosis, inpatient psychiatric unit at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. She has treated children and adults at Catholic Charities Brooklyn & Queens.

Lindsey Wright, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Lindsey is a dual-mastered prepared ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who received her education and clinical training at Columbia University. Lindsey uses an evidenced based eclectic treatment approach that is individually tailored to the needs, goals, and life experiences of her patients. Lindsey is experienced in providing individual and group psychotherapy and medication management for a wide variety of mental health concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and interpersonal difficulties. She likes to use narrative and trauma informed interventions to meet her patients where they are in their healing.

Igor Semenyuk, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Igor is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from NYU, where he currently teaches undergraduate and graduate students in the psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner program. He has experience working with patients with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.

Specializing in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, Igor believes in building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship characterized by openness, genuineness, and awareness. Igor’s therapeutic orientation is gestalt and he practices from an existential-humanistic approach, incorporating cognitive, psychodynamic, and existential elements.
Prior to joining RIVIA, Igor taught nursing students at several institutions. He also worked inpatient at New York-Presbyterian Behavioral Health Center as a registered nurse, milieu manager, and evaluator.

Igor’s hobbies include playing tennis, working out, and reading. He was born in Ukraine and is fluent in Russian.

Lee Lee Milner, MSN, PMHNP-BC


Lee Lee is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a bachelor of arts in biology from Colorado College, a bachelor of science in nursing from New York University, and a master of science in nursing from Hunter College graduate school of nursing. Lee Lee worked for many years in community mental health prior to going into private practice upon receiving her master's degree. She also served as adjunct clinical faculty at NYU's undergraduate school of nursing. In 2016, Lee Lee began practicing telepsychiatry after deciding to move out of New York City. She continues to see clients remotely. She provides nonjudgmental care for clients who experience mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, and difficulty in interpersonal and work relationships. Lee Lee incorporates the mind-body connection as well as attachment theory into her work with clients in order to help them increase their self-awareness and understanding of how attachment styles impact our interpersonal relationships.

Arielle Siniapkin, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Arielle is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who offers a secure, nonjudgmental space to explore integrative approaches to improving mental health. She received her bachelor of science in psychology from Union College and a bachelor of science in nursing from New York University. She then received a master of science from New York University, where she graduated from the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program. Arielle uses a holistic approach that combines lifestyle alterations, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy to promote mental health in adolescents and adults.

Emily Yin, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Emily is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She received a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in psychiatric mental health nursing from New York University. Emily completed her residency at the Northern California VA Medical Center, where her clinical experience included both dual-diagnosis and trauma-focused care. Emily believes strongly in a holistic approach to the mental health of her clients through a combination of medication management, person-centered psychotherapy, and mindfulness. Emily also has an interest in the intersection of the creative arts and mental health.

Linda L. Lane, MSN, FNP, Adult PMHNP-BC

Linda completed her undergraduate and graduate training in nursing at Columbia University. Her goals are to provide treatment in a holistic manner, specializing in both family health and psychiatry/mental health. Linda's subspecialty in addictive behaviors enables her to provide effective care for substance abuse disorders as well as process addictions such as gambling. Linda has a high level of cultural competency and experience working with veterans, the incarcerated, and LGBTQIA.

Linda’s approach is based on establishing an alliance with patients to collaboratively develop an appropriate, patient-centered treatment plan. Recognizing and enhancing an individual’s own strengths while addressing barriers to their self-actualization is achieved primarily through psychotherapy. Various approaches are utilized including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, journaling, and self-care.

Jianne Lo, PMHNP-BC

Sin Yan (Jianne) Lo received her bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Washington and her master of science in nursing (psychiatry) from Yale University. She specializes in helping clients with relationship and career transitions and has expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Originally from Hong Kong, Jianne is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Jianne believes in a collaborative, holistic, and culturally appropriate approach to mental health care. She puts equal emphasis on psychotherapy and medication, and she incorporates mindfulness and meditation in her practice. Prior to joining RIVIA, Jianne served homeless individuals with severe mental illnesses in a shelter setting. She also worked with Asian clients in an outpatient mental health clinic.

Christina Maroone, PMHNP-BC

Christina Maroone is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner specializing in medication management and psychotherapy. She received her PMHNP certificate from New York University and holds an MS from Hunter College, an MPA from Baruch College, and BS from Russell Sage College. Prior to joining RIVIA, Christina served as patient care director for inpatient psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia. She is currently pursuing her doctor of nursing practice degree at Yale and teaches as an adjunct clinical professor at NYU.

Christina creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment using a patient-centered approach to support patients experiencing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and situational stressors. She holds a primary certificate in rational-emotive and cognitive behavioral therapy and thoughtfully uses this approach to support patients in creating positive changes. She believes that all people are capable and deserving of meaningful and fulfilling lives and works with patients toward these goals through personalized treatment plans.

Kelly Lidz, MSN, NP

Kelly is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 10 years of practice as an RN and NP. She received her bachelor's and master of science in nursing from Columbia University. Kelly has experience working in medication management; psychodynamic therapy (individual, family/couples, and group); cognitive behavioral therapy; motivational interviewing; psychiatric, psychotic, and personality disorders; PTSD; ADHD; detox/substance abuse; ECT; and TMS. She specializes in adolescents and adults, and has experience working with children 6 years of age and older.

Kelly's approach is warm, empathetic, patient, thorough, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe environment where clients feel heard and cared for. She strives to build strong therapeutic alliances and prioritizes education and empowerment. Kelly is passionate about social policy and providing comprehensive treatment using the biopsychosocial model as a foundation.
